Precious Metals Ready For a Move?

Gold and Silver have done a bunch of nothing for the past 2-3 weeks. In fact, fellow Stocktwits blogger Robert Sinn points out the Gold Volatility Index ($GVZ) is at a multi-month low. Something is brewing here; either to the upside or downside. I can make easily make a point for both sides, but to keep it simple I will just say that a move is coming so prepare yourself if you have a position on.
